There is a special section for adding context to questions so that other users can provide you with more relevant and accurate answers. To add "Additional Information" to a question:
- Tap the [Ask] button at the bottom of your screen and choose a question format.
- Tap the [Additional info] icon (a text bubble with a +) at the bottom of your screen.
- Type information into the text box that appears.
- Finish writing your question and tap [Post] to send it.
