If you are unable to stream or watch streams properly, please try the following items:
Check if your HiNative app is up to date.
- If it's not the latest version, please update it.
Verify your internet connection is stable.
- Use the streaming feature with a stable network environment.
- Even when using Wi-Fi, internet congestion can occur depending on usage.
- Restart or reset your Wi-Fi router.
- When your Wi-Fi network is unstable, please consider switching to mobile data.
- You can also try switching between 4G and 5G networks on mobile data.
- When your Wi-Fi network is unstable, please consider switching to mobile data.
Ensure your device has sufficient battery life left.
Delete unnecessary data and apps on your device to free up storage space.
- If there is extremely limited free space on your device, proper functionality cannot be guaranteed.
Restart your app and device.
Uninstall and reinstall the app.
Close other apps and tasks such as browser, running in the background.
Try using the streaming feature again after some time later.
- Internet congestion may cause some troubles.
When your device gets overheated, consider to stop using the app for a while.
- Using the app while the device is overheated may lead the device’s malfunction.
