Policy for Offending Accounts

User will be sent a warning about offending behavior, and if offending behavior does not improve, account will be terminated.

Repeated offenses or abusive conduct will result in account termination without warning.

If an account is found to belong to a previously terminated user, all streaming privileges will also be revoked from that account.

The following contents are subject to the suspension of your stream function.  Please take notice.

Actions That Make Other Streamers/Listeners Uncomfortable

• Actions that hurt others or cause trouble
• Insults or aggressive comments toward other streamers/listeners
• Content that may damage national or ethnic dignity
• Content that may harm international friendly relations
• Spam, nuisance behavior, or posts that could be suspected as such
• Repeatedly posting comments clearly not aimed at communication just to raise rankings
• Streamers encouraging or ignoring without warning/reporting comments meant to manipulate rankings

Illegal/Dangerous Actions

• Obscene content (including bathing, changing clothes, revealing outfits)
• Adult smoking
• Streams showing minors drinking/smoking
• Streaming while driving
• Streaming/viewing in prohibited areas, places that disturb others, or while walking
• Actions that could cause injury, poor health, or danger
• Actions that may incite or promote criminal or other illegal behavior
• Actions contrary to public order and morality
• Using others' copyrighted works or photos without permission
• Sharing other streamers' content without permission
• Streaming other people's copyrighted works

Streaming Restrictions

• Streams that don't respond to comments or gifts
• Streams without showing face
• Extended absence (over 10 minutes)
• Falling asleep
• Streaming by persons under 18
• Streaming TV programs
• Game streaming
• Streaming in karaoke establishments (playing karaoke songs is prohibited)
• Audio-only streams
• Streaming without attempting communication between streamer and listeners

Privacy/Personal Information Protection

• Violating others' publicity rights, privacy rights, reputation, or other rights/interests
• Streaming personal information of self or others

Other Prohibited Actions

• Using for dating purposes
• Posts about romance/dating or content aimed at facilitating such meetings
• Commercial use
• Using multiple accounts
• Streams with unclear or ambiguous responsibility
• Posts that may cause anxiety or confusion through unscientific information or superstitions
• Actions that place excessive burden on the platform's system
• Recruitment or missionary activities by political groups, self-development seminars, or religious organizations
• Other violations of company terms of service
