iOS

  1. Tap [Contact] in your [Settings].
  2. Enter your message.

Android

  1. Tap [Contact HiNative Support] in your [Settings].
  2. Tap the contact icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Enter your message.

Web

  1. Click  [Need some help?] below the nav bar at the top of the page.
  2. Click [Send questions, comments, and bug reports] at the bottom of the pop-up.
  3. Enter your message.
