In general:
Owners: Payment permissions. Can invite new members to the team.
Admins: Can invite new members to the team.

<Payment permissions>
View and change payment information.
View payment history for the team.
Can change the settings for/view invoices.

<Invitation permissions>
Invite new members to team.
Make other members admins.
Remove members from the team.
*Owners cannot remove themselves from a team until they have either transferred ownership to a different member or removed all other members from the team.
