The Quick information on a user's Profile page means the following.

• User's Quick Levels are displayed above the progress bar.
• The fraction here shows how many points a user needs to level up on the bottom and the current number of points they've earned at this level.
• The Total Pts number shows their total number of quick points.
• The Top sections show the percentile this user's level and points belong to. 

For example, the user pictured below is at level 25, earned 42 points at this level, needs 230 points to the next level, and has 1622 points, which is in the top 0.37% of all users.

※ There are no benefits for earning quick points and leveling up. They're just for fun.
